Memorial Day Celebration at YMCA

The YMCA celebrates opening their outdoor pool with a games and a lot of fun. This was a dress up like a lifeguard. There are more pictures in a post below as well. I did not really get any great pictures of Victoria during this day.


They did not want to cut off the tags on their glasses. Really I think they liked the kids looking a little dorky ;)

The kids were pushing watermelons with their noses. Julianne and Jacob are in the same lane. Jualianne was excited because she beat Jacob. Julianne was quite a ways behind the kid in the other lane, but ended up pulling ahead by a hair in the end. She is like her mommy and is very competetive.

Victoria lost her heat by just an inch or two.

Charles' Birthday

We decided we had had too much cake after my two cakes, so for Charles I made two big cookies on his actual birthday and a brownie type of cake for his party. Nate decorated the confetti looking cookie. Isn't it cute!

My Birthday...

Charles made me two birthday cakes this year. He did a fabulous job! And I am not thrilled with the picture of me with Jake, but we were having fun! Jacob was squeezing me really hard!!!
