This does however remind me about life situations. Life does not really ever run smoothly. There are many instances of spilled milk so to speak. What I do, and what I am trying to teach the children to do, is to do our best to clean up whatever mess we made, be open and honest about our messes, and move forward a better person because of it being more aware of what caused the mess and how to prevent it from happening again. While I think there are times where we just need to cry in life, and yes even over spilled milk, there are many more situations God has given us to smile and laugh. I know I was laughing at Jacob when I saw the milk all over his clothes and on the floor, and while he was not laughing then, he can laugh at the picture of it now!

Don't cry over spilled milk...
